I am not your typical housewife; I am not married, nor have children, but I do have a common law husband, and a home to take care of. I also have a full time job that requires a lot of organization. One of my most favorite things to do is look up how to improve my time management, or my process of keeping the house. So I am here to help test these new ideas for you, or help enhance your organization skills. I like to think of myself as an organized chaos, as sometimes I overdue it, but this is where my partner in “crime” comes in, she has a way to bring me back to earth sometimes.

As a stay-at-home mom you can imagine I have my hands full. My amazing son definitely keeps me busy. After bedtime is when I can finally get some me time, which is usually filled with cleaning, dishes, and laundry. With a very active toddler, it’s tough to find the time to make good wholesome meals that the whole family will enjoy, and are easily to take to work for my hubby. My days are consumed with trying to keep a toddler happy, feeding my family healthy and delicious meals, and coming up with more activities to do with my son to start preparing him for a more scheduled day that will come with being in school in a couple of years. On top of that I have to find time to keep our house clean. So I’m here to give the perspective of the more “typical” housewife (which I never thought I’d be), I’ll give tips to planning parties on a budget, feeding the whole family, and finding time to get a little “me” time.
