Our week was pretty standard, it was the weekend that was a little different. We were house-sitting for my in-laws, and looking after my fiance’s grandparents (his grandfather is dealing with the early stages of dementia). They are never all that motivated to get up and cook for themselves, so we made sure we had good healthy and filling meals for them. The best meal we had this week was the bbq chicken that we did up in a homemade bbq sauce (I still need to re-find the recipe for it), roasted potatoes, and steamed veggies with cheese sauce. It was delicious. My SIL and her fiance had different plans for dinner but they ended up changing their minds and had some of the chicken as a sandwich on cheese buns, they said it was delicious that way too.
