Sarah’s Weekly Meal Plan (July 29th to Aug 4th )

This week will be back to normal.  Wade is on his regular shift again, so he’ll get full proper breaks so I can make more substantial meals for him.  But once the weekend comes around we’ll be house sitting and taking care of Wade’s grandparents while his parents are out of town.


Monday (July 29)

Breakfast: Toast and applesauce

Dinner: Baked ravioli (prepare homemade burgers for Tuesday)


Tuesday (July 30)

Breakfast: Pancake and yogurt

Dinner: Bacon Ranch Turkey burgers


Wednesday (July 31)

Breakfast: Oatmeal with yogurt

Dinner: Chicken taquitos and chicken nuggets


Thursday (August 1)

Breakfast: Waffle and applesauce

Dinner: Sandwiches and pasta salad


Friday (August 2)

Breakfast: Toast and yogurt

Dinner: MIL choice (it’s her birthday so we’re taking her out for dinner)


Saturday (August 3)

Breakfast: Eggs, bacon, hash browns

Dinner: BBQ chicken, Caesar salad


Sunday (August 4)

Breakfast: Muffin and applesauce

Dinner: Spaghetti and meatballs
