Sarah’s Weekly Meal Plan (July 22 to 28)

My fiancee got the short end of the stick this week and got a bad shift at work. Which means he gets short breaks. He works in a factory and works a 10 hour shift, he should get a half hour break every 2 hours…. but with the shift he’s on this week he’ll be lucky get a 20 minute break every 4 hours. So that means he doesn’t get much time to eat big tasty meals, but that won’t stop me from making good wholesome meals.

Monday (July 22)
Breakfast: Oatmeal with yogurt
Dinner: Mini roast beef sandwiches (that I didn’t make last week)

Tuesday (July 23)
Breakfast: Strawberry muffin and applesauce
Dinner: Chicken salad wraps

Wednesday (July 24)
Breakfast: Waffle and yogurt
Dinner: Sandwiches

Thursday (July 25)
Breakfast: Toast and applesauce
Dinner: Sausages and pasta salad

Friday (July 26)
Breakfast: Pancake and yogurt
Dinner: Pizza

Saturday (July 27)
Breakfast: Oatmeal with applesauce
Dinner: Homemade turkey burgers

Sunday (July 28) It’s my birthday, so meals will depend on what we end up doing that day.
Breakfast: Eggs, Toast, Bacon, Hashbrowns
Dinner: Depends on where we end up for the day
