So, we had a crazy week this week. We’re starting renovations on Monday and our house is a little bit of chaos. So I had to make an adjustment to our meal plan. All in all things were the same. I made my chow mein, not as many veggies that I normally like, but it worked.
But I have to say my favoured meal of the week was me attempting to make smoked ribs on Saturday before all the craziness of the week began.
I made a maple/whisky BBQ sauce and slow cooked them on our new BBQ. They were a hit! I’ll post my recipe this week for anyone interested.
