Tuesday (July 16):
Breakfast – Greek yogurt and berries
Lunch – Cobb salad
Dinner – Left overs (Ribs and chicken wings)
Snack – Hummus and crackers

Wednesday (July 17):
Breakfast – Cranberry blueberry muffin
Lunch – Chicken wrap
Dinner – Chicken chow mein
Snack – Hummus and crackers

Thursday (July 18):
Breakfast – Greek yogurt and berries
Lunch – Cobb salad
Dinner – Pete cooks
Snack – Strawberry banana smoothie

Friday (July 19):
Breakfast – Cranberry blueberry muffin
Lunch – Chicken wrap
Dinner – Date night
Snack – Veggies with dip

Saturday (July 20):
Breakfast – Greek yogurt and berries
Lunch – Grilled chicken burger
Dinner – BBQ – chicken
Snack – Peanut butter and banana

Sunday (July 21):
Breakfast – Cranberry blueberry muffin
Lunch – Lunch with E
Dinner – Roast beef and mashed potatoes with roasted veggies
Snack – Smoothie
